Day 1220 : The Morning

liner notes:

  • Professional : Today was a day of putting the finishing touches on things. Had a chat with some team members and I was able to figure out what was going wrong with a part of this setup script I created to get an web application up and running. The step is optional, but I'm glad it's working fully now. I booked the hotel and flights for an upcoming event. Sent my workshop details to the organizer of a developer group. Started work on a couple of other things I have coming up. Pretty good way to end the week.

  • Personal : Basically spent the night 3D printing, assembling, packing and shipping orders. Also put together the projects I would be picking up on Bandcamp and the social media posts. Did some work on the radio show.

A magnificent aerial view of a vast, jagged mountain range, with snow-dusted peaks rising above a sea of clouds. The clouds stretch across the landscape, partially obscuring the lower mountains and creating a sense of immense height and scale. The sky above is a clear blue, contrasting with the dark, rocky mountains and the soft, white clouds. The overall impression is one of serene, awe-inspiring natural grandeur. The location is Aconcagua, Argentina.

Doing a bunch of calculations of different scenarios in my mind right now trying to figure out the best way to get the most amount of prints done tonight. I've got a print that has like 11 hours left that I need to finish up an order and get it shipped tomorrow. The solar battery the printer is attached to says it has like 10 hours left. This order is the last one from all the folks that verified their order and address. I've also got a set of prints running on other printers to try and get to a head start on next week. Trying to think of how I can connect the solar batteries to get all the jobs completed. Super happy that I'm almost done with this project. Looking forward to the other projects I have in mind to get started. I'm planning and doing research on some things, so when this equipment that I ordered comes in, I can get started on making them right away! Speaking of equipment, the replacement solar panels came in and I hooked them up to the system. Made a pretty big difference from what I'm seeing so far. I'm thinking what I'll do is that the prints running now for future orders will be the last for the night, so that I can use that battery power to make sure that the print I need for this last order to ship tomorrow is completed with no issues. Trying to be strategic! haha While I think about it, I'm going to eat dinner, pack this order to the point that all I need to do is add this long running print in the morning before I head out and work on the radio show. Maybe do some research on these ideas for upcoming projects. I'm out! Check the radio show on Saturdays at https://kNOwBETTERHIPHOP.com and the study sessions on Sundays at https://untilit.works .

Have a great night and weekend!
