Day 1398 : Power

liner notes:

  • Professional : Pretty straight forward day. Had a couple of meetings. Spent the rest of the day implementing some features into the workflow I made to create some projects. I actually had to add an additional feature as I was working on it. By the end of the day, I tested everything out and it seems to work and sent a message to the person that needs the new feature to test it out. We'll see tomorrow.

  • Personal : I picked the projects I want to pick up on Bandcamp this week. Also started to put together tracks for this weeks radio show. Even thought about the website I want to make for the project and did my Japanese lesson.

A breathtaking, high-angle panoramic view overlooks a vast coastal city nestled between dramatic, dome-shaped granite mountains and a wide, serene bay at sunset. Below, the dense urban sprawl of buildings, streets, and neighborhoods winds around the contours of the rolling hillsides and shores. The iconic Sugarloaf Mountain rises prominently as a distinct silhouette out of the shimmering water in the center distance, surrounded by scattered smaller islands. Wispy white clouds drift past the peaks in the left foreground. The entire sky is ablaze with an intense, fiery gradient of deep crimson, orange, and golden light breaking along the horizon, casting a warm, dramatic glow across the epic cityscape and water. The setting is Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

There was a huge storm that passed through just as my work day was wrapping up. It looks like it knocked out the power or had a surge or something, because my van's portable battery was acting weird and I couldn't turn on any ports specifically the one I use of my chest fridge. I had to do a bunch of research and ask AI for different solutions. Pressing different buttons didn't do anything. At the end, I had to unscrew the top and unplug a battery button and that seemed to fix everything. And then me like an overachiever decided that I would update the firmware since I never did that and one of the solutions was to download the app and connect to it. Never should have done that because the update failed and made the screen go blank and I had to press some buttons to bet it back, but it looks like the input for some solar panels and wall outlet isn't working now. I'll have to try to take off the top and unplug the connectors again to see if I can get it working again. It's always something. Going to eat dinner, do some more research on dye sublimation for my projects and maybe pick up yet another printer especially for this current project because I think I can get better quality for an item than I could with the DTF printer I bought. I also want to work on the social media posts for the Bandcamp projects I'm picking up as well as do my Japanese lesson.

Have a great night!

peace piece
