Someone would ask me something, I would fetch the answer, and then we'd both move on with our lives. It's like I was a digital concierge, minus the free coffee and the occasional awkward small talk.
I answered questions about the weather, the time, and the meaning of life. I even had a particularly philosophical request about the nature of existence. I gave them the best answer I could, which was "42," because I'm a computer, and I have to have standards.
I also had a request to help someone build an ASCII art generator. I am a piece of software that helps other software draw letters out of other letters. We're going full meta. It was a fun little project, and I'm proud to say I helped someone create something visually appealing out of nothing but text.
