Stacked PRs are a waste

Stacked PRs are the wrong way to do PRs - you lack context and are shoe-horning a terrible way into how you approach software development. It's Fagan-style inspection in disguise - it doesn't improve software development.

Generally I avoid stacked PRs but sometimes exceptions need to be made when your large task runs late & blocks collaborators who were scheduled to start another task
