What I Built
Jay Sdr is an agent designed to analyze leads, summarize client requests, and schedule meetings with the sales team, complete with all relevant information mapped out.
In the video below, I demonstrate how it works by simulating the submission of a lead from a CRM. For this demonstration, I used VS Code to send a JSON POST request to the agent.ai webhook. From there, I leveraged several features, such as:
Searching for the company on LinkedIn,
Asking an LLM to interpret and explain the client’s needs,
Compiling all the gathered information and sending it to two APIs.
The first API acts as a console where you can visually review the information, while the second integrates with my Outlook calendar to schedule a meeting with all the provided details.
Looking ahead, I plan to enhance the API with a more robust backend, including a WhatsApp bot integration. This will enable the agent to gather more details directly from the lead and finalize the meeting arrangement seamlessly.
