Hey DEV community — name's Tyler Moncrieff.

I'm a Charlotte, NC-based founder-operator who builds at the intersection of real estate tech, AI automation and web development I don't really fit in one box, and I've stopped trying.

What I'm Running

My main service platform. I help businesses get found in AI-powered search (GEO: Generative Engine Optimization), rank better organically, and automate the workflows that are wasting your time. Think landing pages, funnels, Google Apps Script pipelines, Make.com automations, and AI agent setups.

I wholesale vacant land in North Carolina. But instead of doing it the old-fashioned way, I built the systems around it: AI-assisted county record scraping, owner data extraction into Google Sheets, seller intake workflows, and deal-flow tracking. The whole operation runs lean.

The Stack I Work With

  • Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript — deployed on Cloudflare Pages
  • Automation: Make.com, Zapier, Google Apps Script, Python scripts
  • AI: Prompt engineering, AI agents, GEO/SEO workflows, lead enrichment pipelines
  • Data: Google Sheets as the backend, CSV pipelines, scraping workflows

Why I'm Here on DEV

I want to document the real stuff, what it actually looks like to build multiple systems at once as a solo operator. Not the highlight reel. The messy, iterative, sometimes-broken-at-2am version.
