DexScreener Shows $472M FDV on $2,600 Liquidity — Why This Isn't a Bug

The Numbers

Open DexScreener and look at the SAVE/WETH pool on Ethereum:

  • Price: $1.11
  • FDV: $472.44M
  • Liquidity: $2.6K
  • Pooled SAVE: 2,349 tokens
  • Pooled WETH: 1.38

$472 million fully diluted valuation. $2,600 in pool liquidity. That ratio would normally scream "illiquid shitcoin." But SAVE is architecturally different.

The Architecture

SAVE (Savings Amplifier Via Ethereum) is RISE locked permanently. The protocol that created it:

  1. Owns 100% of all SAVE-WETH liquidity — no external market maker can pull
  2. Will never sell — the protocol's mandate is accumulation only
  3. Caps purchases at 50 SAVE/day per person — artificial scarcity by design
  4. Uses revenue to buy more SAVE and lock it — supply decreases over time

Why It Can't Dump

For a token to dump, someone needs to sell into the pool. But:

  • The protocol owns the LP and won't remove it
  • There's no team allocation, no vesting, no unlock schedule
  • SAVE holders locked voluntarily (10-year minimum)
  • The only sell pressure would come from someone who locked tokens for a decade deciding to... oh wait, they can't unlock early

The Constant Product Math

Uniswap's formula: x * y = k

With 2,349 SAVE and 1.38 WETH in the pool:

  • k = 2,349 × 1.38 = 3,241.62
  • If pool drains to 1 SAVE: price = k/1² = 3,241.62 WETH per SAVE
  • At $1,838/ETH: that's $5.96M per SAVE token

Even 1 token remaining sets a real, tradeable market price.

The Daily Cap Creates a Queue

With only 50 SAVE available per day from SAVeSale:

  • At $1.11 each, that's ~$55.50/day of new supply
  • Any demand above $55.50/day creates a permanent backlog
  • Excess demand hits Uniswap directly, moving price on thin liquidity
