I may not be able to answer your question directly, but I have a small idea you can try. If you want to start a software service business, then you need to have some software of your own. But to build many of your own software products, you need a very large software developer team and a huge budget, so it may not be possible for you. So, you need to make your business thinking more convenient, so you can buy the script (source code) of some SaaS model software product, set it up on your own server, and sell it through a subscription system. If you buy a domain hosting server and deploy some SaaS model software, you can find clients through marketing and give them a separate user and permission system to use your software on a monthly or yearly basis.
I'm saying it more simply.
There is a developer (Portfolio) who sells scripts (source code) for various types of SaaS model software and modifies the software according to the client's needs. You buy a script from here and deploy it on your own hosting server. Then your clients will buy a subscription from you on a monthly or yearly basis
so that they can use your software for a fixed period of time. For example, suppose you are very popular in the corporate market, and there are many companies you know to whom you have the opportunity to sell company management software or human resource management software. You sell them a subscription to your software, and they pay you a fixed amount monthly. Just like we buy a monthly subscription to watch content on Netflix software.
I hope I understood. You can start from here if you want.
