1. The itch: AI is all built for work; the decisions that compound (money, wellbeing, taxes, career) have almost nothing. Why that bothered me.
2. The core idea: your life is a set of domains, each a folder of markdown you own. Show the folder. Local-first is the constraint everything follows from.
3. Model-agnostic by design: it is a harness, not a model. How it spawns the CLIs you already have + local Ollama, and why "any model" matters.
4. Council: one question, several models, one synthesized verdict, with the disagreement surfaced. A screenshot or short clip here.
5. The build: Tauri (Rust + React), single bundled engine, signed + notarized, daily tag-triggered releases with an auto-updater and a promote-to-stable ring. One or two things that were genuinely hard.
6. Honest status: early alpha, GPL-3.0, what is rough, what is next.
7. CTA: try the demo vault (no data needed), and a star helps.
