Maybe add a more "wow" into your project. Suggestions from me are animations, a less boring color scheme. You should check out a lot of cool personal website projects on the web, get some inspiration. Great start!

try using github for pictures and stuff so that you wont have these empty fields, in Ourteam section there is a bit of gitter onhover in mobile version, and see more button is like just an empty box until we hover due to the same background,

try changing the background or try using btn-outline-info,
