I’ve been a PHP/Laravel backend developer for 8 years… and I’m struggling to land a remote job.

So I decided to be brutally honest about my situation.

Here’s what I think might be holding me back:

• No strong public portfolio

• Not enough system design experience

• Maybe my CV isn’t competitive internationally
