Practice makes the master
My advice for allies to support self-identifying women and non-binary folks who code is you're not alone, we are together on this, don't let anyone to let you down, you can do it, we can do it!
Maybe it take a little more time, maybe not, please don't be shy, we all must be heard
I truly want to see more women tech leaders on job positions, I want to be one of thems.
Equality in tech looks like more voices to discuss important decisions, different opinions and points of view beside the same old ones.
We should help each other to reach that!
