Most teams "upgrade" to GPT-6 Astra by changing one string and keeping the old prompts. That worked on Sol. Astra has a different architecture: recurrent depth reasoning, Codex cross-context memory, and parallel async tools.
Treat it like a smarter Sol and you pay frontier prices for mediocre results. Wire the new behaviors on purpose instead.
