Building My First Responsive Developer Portfolio Website with HTML & CSS

Introduction

Hi everyone, I’m Muhammad Hashir, a passionate Frontend Developer in training.
I recently built my personal portfolio website using just HTML and CSS, and I’m excited to share it with you. This project reflects both my learning journey and my first step towards creating a professional online presence.
