The Thought Visualization Document

I wanted to have some way to Visualize my thoughts and kind of have them be there if i forget and to be able to organize them so i started a document where i would write down simple thoughts and visualize them as kind of tasks\options\reminders like for example X method and Y method to do something and check the one i want to use, i could use it to simply write down tasks and check them and then go more in depth explaining my thoughts and visualizing them using pictures, arrows and such like improving a tree model from model A --> model B (imagine that those were images) and do that with all aspects of my game dev thought process when i realized there was no official term for such a document so i came up with the name Thought Visualization Document and maybe itll spread and some day become an official term.
