Thanks Sean, it has been a tricky balance some weeks but I'm glad I've come out the other side not too burnt out. The feedback I get in the comments makes it so worthwhile :)

I know what you mean! I think I'm on week 18 of 1 post per week.
It usually means spending several hours on the weekend writing and some weekends just get busy with life stuff and it's hard to fit the time in to write a post.
That said, I've found writing regularly to be very rewarding, personally.
I'm sure you've had a similar experience.
After writing a post:
I understand the topics better
I can better articulate them to others
I know more about how they relate to other topics
I have to think about them less when using them in my day-to-day work
So with all that, the extra time spent is worth it when someone leads feedback and lets me know what I wrote helped them too.
Congrats on getting to week 18, that's brilliant and it's probably starting to feel more like a habit now.
I love that researching a post forces me to understand the topic better and helps others at the same time. Sometimes when I think I know a topic really well, writing a post highlights that there are loads of things I just don't.
A colleague recently shared the 90–9–1 rule with me. 1% are creators, 9% are contributors (and will leave comments) and 90% are consumers. For every person leaving nice feedback, there are 10x as many people who enjoyed it and derived value from it and just didn't reach out to you. I've been keeping that in mind as I write.
