ClickUp's Own Competitor-Comparison Page Is an Orphan. Trello Redirects Its Own Pricing Page. Basecamp and Asana Are Clean.

Next round of the site-crawl series: ran the free RankForge crawler against four project-management platforms — asana.com, trello.com, clickup.com, and basecamp.com — 10 pages each, starting from the homepage. (notion.so refused the crawl outright — see below.)

What I ran

No account needed, so this is reproducible:

• POST https://rankforge.cc/api/analyzer with {"seed_url": "..."}, then poll GET /api/analyzer/<id> until status is completed.
• The crawler follows internal links breadth-first from the seed, caps at 10 pages for the anonymous tier, scores every crawled page's internal authority (PageRank-style, 0-100), flags orphan pages (zero inbound internal links from the crawled set), and audits every internal redirect to its final hop.
• Raw JSON for all five attempts: content/analyzer_20261006_<host>.json.

notion.so: the crawl never started

The crawler returned "No pages could be crawled from this site" — Notion's marketing site is JS-rendered client-side with no usable HTML on the first response, so a plain HTTP crawler gets nothing to parse. Not a verdict on Notion's link health, just a reminder that this method only works on sites that serve real HTML.

clickup.com: its own Asana-comparison page is an orphan

/asana-project-management — a page ClickUp presumably wants ranking for "ClickUp vs Asana" searches — has zero inbound internal links from any of the other 9 crawled pages. Average internal authority: 22.51, the weakest of the batch.

trello.com: its own pricing page redirects to itself

www.trello.com/pricing 301-redirects to trello.com/pricing, and 2 internal links (from the homepage and from the pricing page itself) still point at the www. version instead of the resolved URL. Trello also has 2 fully orphaned Power-Up pages (/power-ups/5893c2b56bde057070fbc1b7/miro, /power-ups/5b4765f383dd7c75d8e57be4) with zero inbound links. Average internal authority: 46.64.

asana.com: clean sheet

Zero orphan pages, zero internal redirects. Average internal authority: 33.14 — authority is concentrated on the homepage (30% share) with everything else, including /create-account-signup, sitting near the authority floor.

basecamp.com: clean sheet, strongest of the batch

Zero orphan pages, zero internal redirects, the strongest average internal authority of the batch at 80.61.
