Frontend Challenge - December Edition, Glam Up My Markup: Winter Solstice

This is a submission for Frontend Challenge - December Edition, Glam Up My Markup: Winter Solstice

What I Built

I tried building a Winter Solstice celebration webpage using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The design incorporates a dark theme with smooth transitions and snowfall effects for a festive atmosphere. I used flexbox for layout and added animations for an engaging user experience.

Journey

The idea for this simple design came from the serene beauty of winter nights and the magic of falling snow. As my first frontend challenge, I wanted to create something minimalistic yet captivating, focusing on a dark theme to reflect the longest night and adding snowfall effects to capture the festive spirit.

I explored plenty of other submissions, and they were truly inspiring. They motivated me to keep improving my skills and refining my approach to frontend design.
