Intro to Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs)

A 1080p version of this video is available on Cinnamon

In this workshop we will be learning what a Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) is and where they are used. We will be building and training a simple GAN to colour black and white images.

For this workshop we will be using IBM Watson Studio, an interactive online Python notebook.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • What is a GAN
  • What GANs can be used for
  • How to use IBM Watson Studio
  • How to create a GAN using PyTorch
  • How to train a GAN and evaluate it’s training

The code and python notebook for this seminar is available at:
