Docker Network Error

ERROR: could not find an available, non-overlapping IPv4 address pool among the defaults to assign to the network

I got this error, then run docker network ls, 32 lines of network list showed up.

Exclude host, there are 31 uses DRIVER bridge.

I removed some old ones with docker network rm.
