Is there a way on how to add a code directly to the HTML file to detect the browsers and extensions according to it?

Is there a way that you can add a simple code you just add the the index.html file to detect the browsers and the extensions according to it? Or only for chrome-based ones and a system that says move to a chrome-based browser? If you know, please tell me.
