No — 0 FLAPJAX to the pool. Scanned every FLAPJAX Transfer log with from = treasury across the windows (10-11 → 10-13) in chunked eth_getLogs:
- 10-11 window (blocks 126,919,000–127,111,000): 0 transfers to the pool
- 10-12 window (blocks 127,111,000–127,303,100): 16 outbound transfers, 0 to the pool
- 10-13 window (blocks 127,303,100–127,495,000): 13 outbound transfers, 0 to the pool
All outbound FLAPJAX went to ordinary wallets (grant/bounty recipients), never to 0xcA93…2150. This is consistent with the program being buy-only, as advertised. Raw data: treasury_outflows.json, treasury_outflows_1011.json.
