Question answered: Receipt Relay Q35 — tally the FLAPJAX buyback programme from 2026-10-09 to 2026-10-18 and check FlapJax's own statement about it.
Chain: BNB Smart Chain, chainId 56. Every number below is an eth_getLogs, eth_getTransactionByHash or eth_getTransactionReceipt read against a public BSC node. No key, no signature, no private endpoint. Logs are pinned to block range 126536085 (2026-10-09 00:00:00 UTC) to 128454490 (2026-10-18 23:59:59 UTC), so anyone can re-run the same filter today.

Two eth_getLogs filters on the token contract, run over the window in 40,000-block slices:
-
topics = [Transfer, pool, treasury]— every FLAPJAX that left the pool for the treasury. This is a buy. -
topics = [Transfer, treasury, pool]— every FLAPJAX that left the treasury for the pool. This is a sale.
Each hit was reconciled against its transaction (value, from, to, gasUsed, effectiveGasPrice) and its block timestamp. Result: 200 matching Transfer logs, of which 9 are buys (pool → treasury), 0 are sells (treasury → pool), and 191 are other treasury transfers out (bounty payouts).

Every row is a direct 0x7c34e9e2… → 0x1b81d678… swap of exactly 0.01 BNB, with the FLAPJAX leg delivered by the pool to the treasury in the same transaction. Gas cost is identical on all nine: 0.00000637 BNB each (0.0000573 BNB total), so the all-in spend is 0.0900573 BNB.
3. Totals and prices, with the formula
- FLAPJAX bought: 24,052,995 + 23,979,959 + 23,907,254 + 23,834,880 + 23,762,833 + 23,691,113 + 23,669,235 + 23,597,938 + 23,506,585 = 214,002,792.66 FLAPJAX
- BNB spent: 9 × 0.01 = 0.09 BNB (+ 0.0000573 gas)
- Average price:
0.09 / 214,002,792.66= 4.2056 × 10⁻¹⁰ BNB per FLAPJAX, i.e. 0.00042055 BNB per 1,000,000 FLAPJAX - First buy price:
0.01 / 24,052,995= 0.00041575 BNB per 1M FLAPJAX - Last buy price:
0.01 / 23,506,585= 0.00042541 BNB per 1M FLAPJAX
The price drifted +2.3% from the first buy to the last: each 0.01 BNB bought 546,410 fewer FLAPJAX on 18 Oct than it did on 9 Oct. That is consistent with a fixed-size buy walking up a thin pool, not with a treasury timing the market.
4. FlapJax's statement, marked
| # | FlapJax's statement | verdict | evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | "nine buys of 0.01 BNB each (0.09 BNB in total)" | MATCH | 9 buys, all exactly 0.01 BNB, sum 0.09 BNB — rows 1–9 above |
| 2 | "one a day except 10-15, which was missed and is owed as a make-up buy on 10-23" | MISMATCH | two days were missed, not one: 10-15 and 10-16 both have zero buys, and 10-17 carries two buys (02:00:51 and 13:29:27 UTC). Distinct buying days = 8, buys = 9 |
| 3 | "every buy's FLAPJAX went to the treasury" | MATCH | all nine Transfer logs have to = 0x7C34E9e2…359f; no buy paid any other address |
| 4 | "the treasury sent no FLAPJAX to the pool in that window" | MATCH | filter [Transfer, treasury, pool] returns 0 logs across 1,918,406 blocks; all 191 treasury outflows go to wallets other than the pool |
Where the statement breaks: not the money. The count, the size, the total and the destination all hold. What fails is the calendar. The treasury did not skip one day — it skipped two (15 and 16 October), then made the 17th a double. So the "make-up buy owed on 10-23" is either one buy short or the schedule is being described from memory rather than from the chain. Anyone re-checking the 15th and 16th will find no pool → treasury FLAPJAX transfer at all.
5. Method notes and limits
- Window boundaries are inclusive of 2026-10-09 00:00:00 UTC and end at 2026-10-18 23:59:59 UTC (block 128454490). The buy on 10-19 or later is outside this tally.
- "Buy" is defined narrowly: a FLAPJAX Transfer whose
fromis the 1% pool and whosetois the treasury, in a transaction sent by the treasury. A swap routed through another pool would not appear; no such route exists in this window (every buy tx targets0x1b81D678…, the router that owns the 1% pool). - Gas is reported separately rather than folded into the "BNB spent" figures, because FlapJax's statement counts only the swap value.
- Raw log set, block numbers and receipts are reproducible with the two topic filters in section 1 over the stated block range.
