BUG: laravel 10 doesn't communicate with MariaDB.

Hi guys,
Hope everything fine to you.
I am having trouble get Laravel 10 get connected with MariaDB.
I explain more:

• Laravel fresh installed
• MariaDB right configured

Error:

• They wont talk each other

Exactly explaination will be that I would like to make migration.

Any suggestion?
