White label digital signage software is a signage platform you license from a vendor and sell under your own name. The vendor hosts and updates it. You sell it, set up clients, support them and bill them. This is a condensed version of an 18-platform guide from iwhitelabel.io's digital signage software category.
How the money works
You pay the vendor per screen per month, sometimes with a setup fee or a minimum spend, and set your own price on top. Brix publishes a wholesale rate of $6 per screen per month billed annually. SlideShow charges a one-off fee for a branded player app instead. The other vendors in the guide quote on request.
Hardware is a separate cost: the displays, the mounts and a media player for every screen. Platforms in the guide run on Android, smart TVs, Fire TV, the Amazon Signage Stick, Windows and ChromeOS. PiSignage, ScreenManager and Poster Booking also run on Raspberry Pi.
What to check before you pick one
- Every surface your client sees: the web address, login screen, dashboard, emails, reports and the player app on the screen. A platform that swaps the logo but sends emails from the vendor's domain shows the vendor's name.
- Client accounts: separate accounts for each client under one partner login, with roles for your team. If each client needs its own branding, ask how the vendor handles that.
- Billing: Look DS lets you connect Stripe or PayPal to take client payments. Brix, Juuno, EasySignage and Poster Booking leave invoicing to you.
- POS and API: a POS link lets a restaurant menu board drop a sold-out dish by itself. Several platforms have a general API for content and devices. AIScreen is the only one in the guide that documents white label endpoints for domains, logos and email settings.

A closer look at five
- Brix: your product name, logo, colours and domain, branded sign-in, emails through your own mail system, and a separate workspace for each client under one partner console. You invoice clients yourself.
- Juuno: no-code, so clients can update their own screens. The white label plan covers the dashboard, login, emails and player, and you can publish your own Android TV player app from a vendor template.
- AIScreen: your logo, colours and domain on the manager and the player, email through your own mail server, and a separate Space for each client. White label is on the Enterprise plan, and partner access to the API isn't documented, so confirm both before you set prices.
- PiSignage: hosted or self-hosted, on off-the-shelf players such as the Raspberry Pi, Android TV and the Amazon Signage Stick. Each account can carry its own logo and colours on the login and sign-up pages. Its white label setup page is still marked as coming soon.
- Look DS: take client payments through your own Stripe or PayPal account and publish a branded Android player app to your own Play Store account.
