First things first, create a new page in Notion for your finance tracker. I named mine "Personal Finances." Next, let's structure our data. For this project, we'll need sections for Income, Expenses, and Assets & Liabilities.
Tracking Income
Under the Income section, create a table with columns such as Date, Description, Amount, and Type (salary, freelance, investment returns, etc.). You can use Notion's built-in date picker to easily input dates. For example:
