ey DEV Community! 👋
I am absolutely thrilled to share that I have been officially selected as the HackerRank Campus Ambassador for my university, Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology (KNIT), Sultanpur! 🎉
As a Backend Developer and an MCA student, competitive programming and algorithmic problem-solving have been the absolute backbone of my technical journey. HackerRank was one of the first platforms where I truly put my logic to the test, and now, I have the incredible opportunity to help my peers do the exact same thing.
What will I be doing?
My primary goal is to foster a strong, collaborative developer culture on campus. Over the next year, I will be:
🏆 Organizing Coding Contests & Hackathons: Creating spaces for students to test their skills in real-time.
🧠 Driving Competitive Programming: Helping peers master algorithms and data structures.
🤝 Bridging the Gap: Preparing students for industry-standard software engineering challenges and technical interviews.
Between leading this initiative and organizing our campus MLH Hacktoberfest event, I am incredibly excited about the future of the tech community at KNIT. Building systems is great, but building a community of developers is even better.
