I had a pretty off week -- maybe it was just adjusting from coming back from a mini vacation, or the constant gloomy overcast or both, but I had a lot of internal resistance when it came to getting deep work done.
I think my biggest win (or a much needed reminder) was/is to cut myself some slack when I'm in this state and not get overwhelmed with negative thoughts about my own performance or productivity.
