The importance of finger painting

Finger painting is an essential part of the Agile process. Every user story should be finger painted during sprint planning. The entire team should participate. Obviously the finger painting won’t be an accurate representation of the finished product, but it’s the process of finger painting that’s valuable, because there’s no other way for the team to reach an understanding of the work to be done.

Oh wait, did I say “finger painting”? That’s ridiculous. I meant “estimating”.

Now that I think about it, though, it’s no less ridiculous when I say “estimating”. 🤷
