I'm the user of program than developer. Can anyone suggest how to create rss feed of new updated pdf file on website that has no service of rss and any audience is allowed to see updated pdf file? I would like to make my working life more automated to save time of routine work by feeding new updated file from source website to my email or at least getting notification to know when there's new file uploaded on specific website. Can anyone suggest the simplest way to do it? For example, how to get feed of new updated file or notification once new file is uploaded to personal email or feed on MS outlook instead of browsing this website many times to see if it's updated and it wastes time when we can't find any updated on target website.
