👋 About the Role
Our Wells software engineering team is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Developer who’s passionate about building robust, scalable applications and driving technical excellence. You'll collaborate closely with fellow engineers, product owners, and designers to shape high-impact software solutions.
This isn’t just a coding role — it’s a leadership opportunity for someone who wants to influence architecture, mentor developers, and solve complex real-world problems.
🧠 What You’ll Do
Contribute to the codebase, write and review documentation, and ensure robust testing.
Architect scalable systems and help guide technical strategy for the team.
Collaborate with product owners and UX designers to brainstorm and build new features.
Conduct deep code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Lead and contribute to design decisions in collaboration with software architects.
Ensure code quality through both automated and functional testing.
Promote and uphold software security best practices.
