OS - Ubuntu 20.10 x64
RAM - Min. 2GB
HDD - MIn. 16GB for minimal, 32GB for standard installation

My first suggestion is to show your work - host it somewhere people can see what's in it rather than somewhere they get a 3GB binary.
My second suggestion is to name it something that's less likely to get you sued :)
