Why updating dependecy in your project is necessary

With time, the dependencies and add on libraries improve themselves in terms of security, performance and efficiency. So if you stay with an outdated version that means there can be an issue for using these. I prefer updating dependecy in regular basis. And GitHub dependency bot helps a lot in terms of these issues.

My first PR at hacktober fest is also towards this so that we can understand how important is it to update dependency regularly.
