How to Design a Cowboy Hat Using 3D CAD Software
A cowboy hat is an iconic symbol of Western culture, known for its wide brim and high crown. Designing one in SelfCAD requires careful shaping and adjustment to achieve its signature look. By using SelfCAD’s shape generation, extrusion, and deformation tools, you can create a well-proportioned cowboy hat with smooth curves and realistic details. This process involves forming the base shape, refining the brim’s curvature, and adding finishing touches to enhance its authenticity.
This article will guide you through the step-by-step process of designing a cowboy hat in SelfCAD. From creating the basic structure to refining its form and adding details, each step will be explained to help you craft a professional-looking 3D model.
