After passing AWS Cloud Practitioner, I earned the 50% voucher for my next cert aiming for SAA-C03 next ($150 → $75).
My challenge isn't affording the exam — it's that Pearson VUE / AWS Certification payment processing doesn't reliably work from Haiti. I've been trying to have a US-based friend pay for me by logging into my account and using his card, but the first attempt failed, likely due to fraud detection triggered by the mismatch between account origin and card/session location.
For anyone who's certified from a country with similar payment restrictions: how did you get around this? Specific things I'm curious about — did PayPal work better than direct card payment? Did a Wise/Payoneer virtual card get accepted? Did contacting AWS Training & Certification support directly resolve it? Any real experience appreciated 🙏
