A tiny Claude Code plugin for when you close the wrong terminal

I built a small tool that helps me find recently closed Claude Code sessions. I mostly use it when I close a terminal by accident :p

With the plugin installed, just tell Claude "I lost my session" and it finds it and gives you the command to get back in.
