I know that Codecademy and Sololearn offer some certificates for free. I enjoy learning from both sites myself. freeCodeCamp is probably the best one for most people and it is 100% free as I have understood it. For long it was mainly to learn frontend. Those sites I suggested are good for frontend as well as for learning backend. Best of luck! ✨
