A demo is meant to impress. A product is meant to be delivered. They feel like the same thing when you're new - they really aren't.
I spent ages polishing a demo that couldn't survive the moment someone opened it: broken onboarding, no way to pay, no instructions.
The lesson that snapped me out of it: decide the ONE job your thing does, then make that one path work end-to-end - demo, deploy, checkout, hand-off. Everything else is a "maybe later" list.
That mindset shift plus my pre-ship checklist became a starter kit I wished I'd had.
Demo looks amazing but feels fragile? This is the reframe: https://www.creem.io/payment/prod_2Sc2F2dJq8BV5PUkQ3APrH
(Impress later. Deliver first.)
