Accountants will not live in a block explorer. If crypto invoicing cannot export something Xero/QuickBooks can ingest, you will get a shadow spreadsheet and the on-chain system will rot.
Minimum columns
Invoice number, customer, quoted fiat, asset, chain, address, tx hash, confirmed at (UTC), received amount, FX used, fees if any (should be none if non-custodial), status.
Mapping
Quoted USD → AR in fiat. Crypto receipt → clearing or other-income depending on your CPA. I am not your CPA. The software’s job is to not lose the tx hash.
Automation
CSV is fine at 20 invoices. After that, webhook → middleware → bill in Xero. Do not type hashes.
Settlematic Collect is the source of paid state; export is a product surface, not a screenshot. Canonical: export crypto invoice data QuickBooks Xero. settlematic.com
