- Meeting request → Context + proposed time + easy reply
2. Feed AI the Context
Don't just say "write a cold email." Give it:
- Who you're reaching
- Why you're reaching out specifically
- What problem you solve
- One social proof element
- What you want them to do
3. Edit the Draft
AI gives you 70% of the way there. You add:
- Your voice (shorten the fluff)
- A personal touch (reference something specific)
- The final call-to-action

Cold Outreach Template:
Write a cold email to [person] at [company]. They [specific challenge]. I noticed [specific detail about them/company]. My product [one benefit] for [specific outcome]. Would you be open to a 15-minute call [proposed time]?
Follow-Up Template:
Follow up on my previous email to [person]. I wanted to add [new value element]. Still happy to share [benefit] if it's useful. No pressure — just wanted to make sure you saw it.
Meeting Request Template:
Ask [person] for a meeting to discuss [topic]. Include [context]. Propose [2 specific times]. Make it easy to say yes by [removing friction].
