I thought the hard part would be getting
the model to work. It wasn't. It took a few days and it worked.
The hard part started after , when I asked "but can I trust this output?"
That's when I built a confidence score. If the AI and the OCR agree and feel sure, it goes through. If they don't, a human checks it first.
Small decision. Changed the whole project from a demo into something real.
