We Executed SCQOS Governance Across Real IBM Quantum Hardware
Today SCQOS crossed another boundary: governance was carried from authorization through real physical execution on IBM Quantum hardware and back into durable, remotely verified evidence. A completed workload executed on ibm_marrakesh under IBM Job da0jklv2sl0c73bn5ls0, returned DONE, and its consequence was preserved as a SHA-256-addressed evidence package, committed to Git, pushed to GitHub, retrieved from the remote, and verified with LOCAL == REMOTE.
The deeper point is not “we ran quantum code.” Authorization alone does not prove consequence. SCQOS governs the transition itself: evidence, authority, execution, consequence, receipt, and continuity. If any required boundary fails, the architecture is designed to fail closed rather than manufacture a successful state. The same primitive applies whether the consequence is an AI tool call, cloud mutation, database write, deployment, or physical quantum execution.
That gives us something more useful than another governance claim: a falsifiable public evidence chain. Break the reference, inject stale evidence, create an authority mismatch, corrupt the receipt, or demonstrate a transition that crossed a forbidden boundary. The implementation is public specifically so people can try.
