Help in solving

Hello, so i am not a developer, i have ordered trading script. It should buy coin in early stage at lowest price bot works good but not good enought.Tt is new listed coin and i dont know what price will be... when it buys it needs about 1 second to do it and yet it is not fast enougth because it is already highest price, my devs are saying that it is bad internet speed and i will be testing on new server now but maybe some of you could suggest something about that it is written on Node.js is there any way speed up it they are saying it sending request every 5 milisecond, if someone has any idea, thank you
