Introduce Open-Source project TCPProxy.

Hi all, Now I gonna introduce a Open-Source project.

It's name is TCPProxy. It's small size project, but having quite performance.

TCPProxy could be used a proxy for secure purpose and a Gateway server for entry point of server pool and even a HA server or Load-Balancer.

TCPProxy can manage multiple sessions and configure each of that.
