My Journey Towards AI and Software Development: Building with Purpose at 17
Hello everyone,
My name is Kunal Tiwari. I am a 17-year-old developer and computer science student from India. I am gearing up to start my B.Tech journey in Computer Science & Engineering (Artificial Intelligence) from August 2026, alongside pursuing a BS in Data Science and Applications from IIT Madras starting in 2027.
For me, technology has never been just about writing code on a screenβitβs about transforming ideas into real-world automated solutions. Over the last few years, my curiosity has driven me to explore the deep intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT).
I strongly believe in a simple philosophy: "Science provides the 'How', but values provide the 'Why'." My ultimate goal is to build a "Digital Samrajya" (Digital Empire)βa suite of tech solutions that are innovative, highly efficient, and deeply rooted in ethical, cultural frameworks.

An early-stage autonomous AI agent designed to explore the convergence of computer science and scriptural insights from ancient texts like the Gita and Ramayana.
The Tech Stack: Built as an autonomous agent using the Groq inference engine and Tavily API for real-time search capabilities.
Deployment: Hosted live on Hugging Face Spaces with a clean Gradio interface.

Behind the scenes, I am preparing for a massive upgrade. For v2.0, I am shifting from a basic prompt persona to a heavily engineered system:
Thos Dataset (Curated Data): Currently compiling an authentic, structured custom dataset focused on Indian philosophical frameworks and moral ethics.
Cloud Infrastructure: Moving the deployment to Google Cloud Console / Vertex AI for deep fine-tuning and advanced custom reasoning capabilities.

Hand-Gesture Controlled Vehicle: A system that controls a car using hand gestures, built using Arduino and NRF communication modules.
Smart Solar Railway Track System: An automated system utilizing solar energy on railway tracks for smart monitoring.

I am starting this dev journal to document my growth step-by-step. Right now, I am sharpening my core fundamentals by learning deeply from foundational tracks (currently mastering Python string manipulation, typecasting, and logical structures).
Through this blog, I plan to share the actual bugs I encounter, how I solve them, and how I plan to scale my AI models.
