I got some feedback that the app is too vague, and users don't really know what to do. So I added a 'How to use' tab that guides users on how to utilise it to be more productive.
Adding the "How to use" tab is a good response to that feedback. When you hear "too vague" again, it's worth asking which screen people were on when they got lost, because the fix is often one label and not a whole guide. I built chatform.in for this kind of thing (a feedback form that asks a follow-up when the answer is general), but even one extra question in your current form will get you there.
For further actions, you may consider blocking this person and/or reporting abuse
