This week was all about making DevOps Open Agent more practical for real-world enterprise environments.
When you're building an AI-powered DevOps platform, it's easy to create flashy demos. The hard part is solving the problems that platform teams actually face every day.
Here's what we shipped this week:
โ
Multi-AWS Account Support
Investigate resources across multiple AWS accounts using STS AssumeRole. No more switching credentials or jumping between AWS consoles.
โ
Prometheus + Grafana Integration
Bring live metrics directly into AI investigations. Instead of relying only on logs, the agent can now use data from your existing observability stack to make better troubleshooting decisions.
โ
AWS Bedrock Integration
You can now use Amazon Bedrock as your LLM provider. If your organization already uses AWS, you can leverage the same credentials and security model without introducing another external AI service.
โ
LLM Cost Visibility
AI is powerful, but it also costs money. We've added usage tracking, estimated costs, daily budgets, and Slack/Microsoft Teams alerts so teams can keep AI spending under control.
