I have seen several beautiful code snippets shared as images in social media (especially twitter). Do they create those manually? or Is there a site that auto generates from the code?

These tools are indeed beautiful, but they don't seem very accessible. People with impaired eye sight using a screen reader wouldn't be able to use those snippets. Is not possible to copy paste either. Too bad you cannot have an easy way to insert a snippet in Twitter that you can copy paste easily.
