Most feeds are built to make you scroll. Every item fights for attention and almost nothing survives until Friday. I wanted the opposite: a small page where notes stay short and only show up when they are true.
By trade I work with computers, so a lot of my notes drift toward quiet software — the tools that load fast, work offline, and never ask you to create an account just to see your own files. The best of them feel like good hand tools: no notifications, no dashboard, just work.
Outside of that I pay attention to the boring maintenance of ordinary life. Repairs that hold. Walks that untangle a stubborn problem faster than an hour of staring at a screen. None of it is groundbreaking, and that is the point — the useful stuff rarely is.
