KENYA BUS SIMULATOR — MASTER APP
DEVELOPMENT PROMPT

  1. MAIN CONCEPT Build a complete, original 3D Kenya Bus Simulator mobile/web game called KENYA BUS SIMULATOR. The game should be inspired by real Kenyan road travel but must use original graphics, models, sounds, branding and code. Do not copy copyrighted assets from existing bus simulator games. The game should contain: • A Kenya-inspired national road map • Major Kenyan towns and cities • Highways, rural roads, towns and urban areas • Kenyan-style buses and matatus • Bus stations • Passenger pickup and drop-off • Fuel system • Money/earnings system • Traffic • Weather • Day and night • Road signs • Speed limits • Police/checkpoint areas • Route selection • Bus upgrades • Driver progression The game must be optimized so it can run smoothly on Android phones.
  2. KENYA MAP Create a large Kenya world/map containing major regions and cities.   3. JOURNEY TIME SYSTEM The real-world distances should be represented proportionally but compressed for gameplay. IMPORTANT: No single journey should take more than 60 real-world minutes of gameplay. Display estimated gameplay time before the player starts a route. Example: Nairobi → Mombasa Estimated gameplay time: 55 minutes Nairobi → Kisumu Estimated gameplay time: 50 minutes Nairobi → Nakuru Estimated gameplay time: 30 minutes Nairobi → Eldoret Estimated gameplay time: 45 minutes Nairobi → Loitokitok Estimated gameplay time: 40 minutes Mombasa → Malindi Estimated gameplay time: 25 minutes Nairobi → Naivasha Estimated gameplay time: 25 minutes Allow the system to calculate route time dynamically based on route length, road type and traffic. Never create a journey longer than 60 minutes.
  4. BUS SYSTEM Create several original Kenyan-style buses.   14. FUEL SYSTEM Create a realistic but simple fuel system. Fuel decreases while driving. Add fuel stations around Kenya. When fuel is low: WARNING: “LOW FUEL” Allow the player to drive to a fuel station and refuel using in-game KES. Do not make fuel consumption so aggressive that the player is constantly forced to stop.

  62. IMPORTANT TIME LIMIT The game's route engine must automatically scale long-distance routes so that: MAXIMUM PLAYING TIME = 60 MINUTES PER JOURNEY. Show the estimated gameplay time before departure. Use route difficulty rather than simply making roads unrealistically short.
  63. DEVELOPMENT APPROACH Build the project in stages. PHASE 1: Playable driving prototype. PHASE 2: Kenya map and major routes. PHASE 3: Passenger and economy systems. PHASE 4: Traffic and AI. PHASE 5: Weather and day/night. PHASE 6: Garage and bus upgrades. PHASE 7: Optimization. PHASE 8: Final Android build. After each phase, test the game before moving to the next phase. If a feature is too complex for the first version, implement a simple working version rather than leaving an empty placeholder. The final result should feel like an authentic Kenyan long-distance bus driving game, while remaining an original game with original assets and branding.
